Payment
We accept all major Credit and Debit cards.
Debit and Credit card payments are processed by Sage Pay / Elavon
Sage Pay is known as one of the most trusted payment companies in Europe, serving over 50,000 customers daily.
All online payments are secured using the most up to date SSL data protection.
We do not store credit card details nor have access to your credit card information.
Simply put, you can shop with absolute confidence.
Delivery
We use DPD couriers for all National and International orders.
Next Working Day delivery applies to orders placed before 12.00pm for delivery within Ireland.
We aim to be as environmentally friendly as possible, so may use recycled card, paper or bubble wrap.
We may not include a paper invoice with our order to save on paper waste, however your invoice is already attached to your confirmation email in PDF format.
If you require another copy please contact us and we will happily email it to you.
Eircode's and address labels
Within Ireland we require a full, 7 digit Eircode and Contact Number to ship an order.
We will ship to the provided Eircode in the address field at checkout and accept no responsibility for incorrect Eircodes provided to us.
If an incorrect Eircode is provided to us, the package may be lost or returned to us.
In case of a return, we would require re-delivery costs to be paid.

Automated shipping label creation and Eircode national database
Our system relies on other external systems to create your shipping label.
The label will be created based on your Eircode, if the Eircode website address is different for your
provided Eircode than the address you have provided us,
you should contact the National Eircode system on 0818 300 005 and have them correct your address.
Late and misdirected deliveries:
If your parcel is misdirected it is outside of our control, the fault is with the National Eircode database,
the courier or because an incorrect or incomplete address or Eircode was provided to us by the customer.
If your parcel hasn't arrived within 3 working days, (within Ireland) please call or email us
and we will contact DPD on your behalf and get it delivered for you.
On the morning of delivery, DPD will send a Text and/or email specifying
the 1-hour window in which to expect delivery.
You will also have the option to reschedule to a more suitable day, change the delivery address
or select delivery to a local Drop Off Point right from your phone.
Please Note: All deliveries must be signed for by an adult (18 years+)
European Courier Service Available by DPD - Price Calculated At Checkout.
Courier orders received before 12.00pm are generally dispatched on the same day,
Courier orders received after 12.00pm may not be dispatched until the next working day.
A signature is required for all Courier deliveries.
Please provide an address where you can receive deliveries during working hours.
Courier delivery is limited Monday to Friday, most Courier's do not work on weekends.
To avoid any unnecessary delay, please provide your contact number and Post Code (Eircode) which can be found Here.
If a package is returned to us, the customer will be charged for the costs of Re-Delivery.
Where a refund is claimed due to customer error, this also will be less delivery fee.
Vape Freaks is NOT liable for any shipments that are held or seized by any authorities of your country. Several countries do not allow E-Cigarette products to be imported. Vape Freaks will NOT refund any orders due to shipments not arriving, as it is your responsibility to understand the law of your own country.
Approx 95% of packages are collected and delivered on time, however bad weather, accidents, road closures and heavy traffic can all affect a courier’s route and their ability to collect or deliver orders on time. Unfortunately this is something beyond our control.
Within Ireland, if your package has not arrived within 3 business days of receiving your dispatch email, please contact us immediately.
We reserve the right to change the delivery method if we feel another may be quicker or more secure.
Out of stock situations
We work very hard to minimise stock shortages and receive frequent deliveries from our suppliers.
In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and dispatch your order as soon as possible.
We offer delivery by DPD couriers within Ireland at a flat rate of €5.99 for parcels up to 25KG.
Courier deliveries to European Countries will take between 3 - 7 working days to arrive.
Postage and Packing
Our postage costs are based on weight and are calculated at checkout.
We charge only the actual postage costs charged to us by An Post.
Postal charges are calculated automatically when you add items to your basket.
Please note that these rates are estimated and the actual postal charges will be clearly displayed at order confirmation.
For all International orders above €40, we would strongly suggest that you select "International Registered Post" or "Delivery By Courier" otherwise your order may be rejected.
We can NOT be held responsible for lost or damaged items if "Standard Post" is selected at checkout, however we do keep receipts of all postage items.
Orders sent via "Standard Post" do NOT have Track & Trace numbers, are NOT insured and are sent at the buyers own risk.
In the case of undelivered packages, we would require adequate time for a package to be returned to us, as all of our packages include a return address label in case of non delivery.
We also cannot be held responsible for late deliveries. Once your order has been updated to shipped status, please check your tracking information, orders within Ireland are normally delivered next working day. We will be happy to follow up with the couriers on your behalf if there is insufficient information on their website.
Important: Large packages may not fit through a standard letter box, please bear this in mind when ordering and perhaps consider having larger packages delivered to a work address if you feel that you may not be home to receive them.
If have any queries about the shipping charges for your order please contact us and we will reply as soon as possible: usually within 1 - 2 hours during working days.
Returns
Our products should serve you well providing they are used correctly and suitably maintained.
We want you to enjoy our products and we welcome the opportunity to put things right at the first time of asking when things go wrong.
Each claim will be assessed on its own merits in a timely manner and you will be kept updated at each stage of the process.
Please note that the warranty period begins upon receipt of the goods, so we would advise that you check and inspect all products upon delivery.
It is the user’s responsibility to ensure they have significant knowledge of coil resistances, mains chargers, batteries and how to perform routine maintenance on any product purchased.
Improperly maintained or user neglect is not covered under warranty.
If any product you have ordered from us is "dead on arrival" please contact us within 24 hours of receipt using any of the available contact methods.
Electronic Mods and batteries are classed as consumables and come with a 60 day warranty as they are liable to misuse or poor maintenance by the purchaser. If a fault occurs within 60 days of receiving the item, you may return it to us for inspection. If we deem the fault is due to misuse, mishandling or neglect, we reserve the right to void the warranty. All returns are to be paid for by the purchaser, if after inspection the product is deemed to have a manufacturing default Vape Freaks will reimburse the buyer for the cost of return. We highly recommend tracked postage if returning an item, as we will not be held responsible for items lost in transit. After our own 30 day warranty, any claims must be referred directly to the manufacturer.

Please pack the product securely and send the item to Vape Freaks, 19 Lambay View, Rush, Co. Dublin, K56 EC86, Ireland. "Registered Post" is recommended as we can not be responsible for items that may be lost in transit.
If you are shipping to us from outside Ireland please state on the customs declaration label, 'Return Item. Goods of Irish Origin'.
We will examine the item and determine whether there is a valid fault. If the item is deemed to be faulty we will ship a replacement as soon as possible, offer a refund, or offer goods to the equivalent value. If the item is found to be without fault, you may be liable for any re-shipping fees.
"Dead on arrival" items will be replaced upon return and inspection (stock permitting)
A full refund will be offered if we are unable to send a replacement immediately.
Owing to the very nature of our products, each individual product has a varied expected lifespan.
Coils varies between 7 - 21 days, depending on usage and the type of liquid used.
Battery lifespan can vary widely depending on level of use and maintenance.
We offer a 30 day warranty on all of our eGo batteries from date of receipt.
We are only able to offer a "dead on arrival" warranty for Atomizers and Clearomizers where we have been notified within 24 hours of receipt.
User negligence, damage caused by user and/or inadequate maintenance are not covered under warranty.
Customers are entitled to return goods within 14 working days of receipt under the European Distance Selling Act, goods must be unused and in as new condition, including packaging.
Return postage must be paid for by the customer. We recommend obtaining proof of posting or returning the goods by "Registered Post"
Refunds will then be issued, less postage costs.
Due to health and safety precautions, we are unable to accept the return of any liquids.
When ordering a flavour for the first time we recommend that you order a sample bottle before placing an order for a large quantity.
