Postage Rates
Shipping Rates:
DPD Courier delivery within all of Ireland at a set price of €6.50 regardless of order size.
Please include a Contact Number and Eircode / Postcode for all courier deliveries.
Next Working Day delivery within Ireland applies to orders placed before 12.00pm.
An adult's signature is required for all Courier deliveries and Registered Post.
Please provide an address where you can receive deliveries during working hours.
To avoid any unnecessary delay, please try to provide your Post Code (Eircode) If a package is returned to us, the customer will be charged for the costs of re-delivery.
DPD courier delivery to Mainland Europe also available. The total shipping cost is displayed at checkout - before you submit your order.
Please check with the Import Customs of your country, we will not be responsible for parcels held by Customs.
We will only ever charge the actual cost incurred to us for shipping, regardless of the carrier that we use.
If you find that you have been overcharged on postage, please let us know and we will reimburse you, as sometimes this may happen due to circumstances beyond our control.
Eircode's and address labels
We require a full Eircode, 7 digits, to ship an order. If you don't provide us an Eircode,
we will try to match your address on the Eircode website.
If we can't find an exact match or if there are multiple address that are similar, we will email and/or call you.
If we can't get in touch with you, we will place your order on hold until you make contact with us.
We will not ship an order without a fully confirmed address and full 7 digit Eircode.
If you don't provide your Eircode, your parcel will be delayed and/or cancelled and refunded.
Automated shipping label creation and Eircode national database
Our system relies on other external systems to create your shipping label.
The label will be created based on your Eircode, if the Eircode website address is different
for your provided Eircode than the address you have provided us,
you should contact the National Eircode system on 0818 300 005 and have them correct your address.
Late and misdirected deliveries
If your parcel is misdirected it is outside of our control, the fault is with the National Eircode database,
the courier or because an incorrect or incomplete address or Eircode was provided to us by the customer.
If your parcel hasn't arrived within 3 working days, please call or email us
and we will contact DPD on your behalf and get it delivered for you.
Out of stock situations
We work very hard to minimise stock shortages and receive frequent deliveries from our suppliers.
In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and dispatch your order as soon as possible.
